Law enforcement posting procedure

Procedures for posting of information pertaining to sex offenders and other offenses where public notice is necessary for the safety of the community will be handled by TRIO Wolf Creek Distance Learning Charter School in the following manner.

Wolf Creek will post all information received from law enforcement in a timely manner.

For a period of approximately 90 days this posting will remain on the Wolf Creek designated bulletin board near the front desk area. Wolf Creek will not post electronically.

After a period of approximately 90 days the postings will be filed and on file at the Wolf Creek front desk if ask by the public to see the postings.

After a 2 year period or when the date of the offense has expired the postings will be destroyed.
